our process

Step 1: Consultation
Start with a 30–45 minute virtual intro session ($50 via Google Meet). We'll review your space, discuss your family’s needs, and create a customized strategy, including how many sessions might be needed.

Step 2: Organizing Sessions

  • Private Homes: In-person sessions available in Santa Ynez Valley, Goleta, and Santa Barbara; virtual sessions available everywhere else. Rates start at $100/hour (plus travel fees). Most rooms take 3–6 hours.

  • Businesses: Rates start at $150/hour for play space setup, with optional services like furniture assembly and themed areas. Custom plans available after consultation.

Step 3: Maintenance
For returning clients, 1.5-hour refresh sessions are available to adapt organized spaces as needs evolve. Cost: $150 per session.
